TouchServ started in the corridor of a Lagos hotel — a guest complaint that took six hours to reach the right person, and a manager who knew there had to be a better way. We build the platform we wish we'd had.
Our thesis
African hospitality doesn't need Western software translated. It needs software built for its realities — offline power, informal handovers, multi-role staff, cash-and-digital payments, and owners who want to see everything from anywhere.
Our promise
We ship for operators, not investors. Every feature has to earn its place on the floor. If it makes a housekeeper's day easier, or a GM's report clearer, or an owner's mind quieter, it stays.
